1.General provisions
These Terms of Service govern use of the Sim7 website, dashboard, and API (the Service) provided by the Sim7 administration (the Administration).
Registration, Google sign-in, adding funds, placing an order, or otherwise using the Service confirms that the user has read and accepts these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
If you disagree with these Terms, do not register, place orders, or continue using the Service.
2.Nature of the Service
Sim7 provides temporary access to virtual telephone numbers for receiving supported incoming messages during the period shown for an order. Access is digital and does not transfer ownership of a number or guarantee its permanent assignment.
Number availability, supported countries, operators, services, prices, and delivery times may change in real time because they depend on telecommunications networks and external suppliers.
Information and statistics displayed by Sim7 are provided to help select an order route and do not guarantee that a particular third-party service will accept a number or deliver a code.
3.Account and access
A user may create an account and sign in through Google. The user must provide accurate information and maintain control of the linked Google account.
The user is responsible for password confidentiality, API keys, active sessions, and all actions performed through the account. Suspected unauthorized access must be reported to support without delay.
The Service is intended for legally capable users who are permitted to use such services under the law of their location. The Administration may request additional verification where required by law or a payment provider.
4.Acceptable use
The Service may be used only for lawful purposes and in compliance with the rules of telecommunications operators, payment systems, and third-party services where a number is used.
The user is solely responsible for the purpose and legality of each order and for the consequences of using a received number or code.
- Do not use Sim7 for fraud, theft, spam, harassment, money laundering, unauthorized access, or evasion of legal restrictions.
- Do not attack, scan, reverse engineer, overload, automate around rate limits, or interfere with the Service and its suppliers.
- Do not resell account access, sessions, API keys, numbers, or messages unless the Administration has expressly authorized it.
5.Orders and fulfillment
Before purchase, the user selects or confirms the country, service, operator or automatic-selection settings, and displayed price. An order is created after the Service receives the request and successfully reserves a number with a supplier.
The price is debited from the Sim7 balance when an order is successfully created. The order page shows its status, expiration time, received messages, and available actions.
Virtual numbers may have been used before by other persons. Sim7 does not guarantee number history, acceptance by a third-party platform, or restoration of access to an account created outside Sim7.
6.Prices, balance, and payments
The applicable order price is the price displayed immediately before confirmation. It may include the Service's markup and may differ from a supplier's price.
Internal accounting is maintained in US dollars. For Russian-language display, a USD amount is converted using the displayed USD/RUB rate: the official reference rate plus 1.9 rubles per one US dollar. The 1.9-ruble addition applies to the exchange rate before multiplication, not to each transaction as a fixed fee.
The payment provider's checkout shows the final amount, currency, and any provider fee before payment. Sim7 does not store full payment-card details.
7.Cancellations and refunds
Where the order interface permits cancellation or rejection, the result and refund depend on the current order status and the supplier's confirmation. A confirmed refund is credited to the user's Sim7 balance.
A completed order for which a message or code was delivered is considered fulfilled. A refund is normally unavailable where the user selected incorrect parameters, allowed an order to expire, violated these Terms or third-party rules, or lost access to an external account.
If the Service failed for a technical reason and no automatic refund appeared, the user should contact support within 24 hours and provide the order identifier. The request is reviewed using system and supplier records.
Before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback, the user must contact support and allow a reasonable period for investigation. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights granted by applicable law.
8.Intellectual property
The Sim7 name, interface, source materials, texts, graphics, and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and may not be copied, republished, sold, or used to create a misleadingly similar service without permission.
Names and trademarks of third-party services belong to their respective owners and are displayed only to identify a destination selected by the user. Sim7 is not endorsed by or affiliated with those services unless expressly stated.
9.Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Sim7 does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, continuous number availability, delivery of every message, or acceptance of a number by a third-party platform.
Sim7 is not responsible for the actions of telecommunications operators, suppliers, payment providers, Google, target services, or the user; for third-party account restrictions; or for losses caused by incorrect order parameters or compromised credentials.
To the extent permitted by law, Sim7's liability for a claim is limited to the amount actually charged by Sim7 for the affected order. Indirect losses and lost profits are not recoverable.
10.Suspension and termination
The Administration may temporarily restrict or terminate access where a user violates these Terms, creates a security or legal risk, abuses refunds, interferes with the Service, or where restriction is required by law, a supplier, or a payment provider.
Restriction does not cancel obligations or payment disputes that arose before access was limited. Where legally and technically possible, the user may contact support regarding an unspent balance.
11.Privacy
Processing of personal information is governed by the Sim7 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using Google sign-in, payment services, or other third-party features, the user also interacts with those providers under their own terms.
12.Changes and contacts
The Administration may update these Terms when the Service, pricing rules, suppliers, or legal requirements change. The current version is published on this page with its effective date and revision number.
Continued use after an updated version takes effect means acceptance. If the user disagrees, they must stop using the Service and contact support regarding active orders or an unspent balance.
Questions, refund requests, and complaints can be submitted through the contact page or the support section in the Sim7 dashboard.
