1.General provisions
This Privacy Policy governs the processing and protection of information provided by users of the Sim7 website, dashboard, and API (the Service).
By using the Service, you confirm that you have read this Policy. If you disagree with it, you must stop using the Service.
Sim7 follows a data-minimization principle and does not request information that is not reasonably required for registration, order fulfillment, payments, support, or security.
2.Information we collect
The categories of information depend on the features you use.
- Account data: email address, password hash, internal account identifier, authentication method, and session identifiers.
- Google sign-in data: a stable Google account identifier, email address, and confirmation that the email is verified. Sim7 does not receive your Google password or access Gmail messages.
- Order data: selected country, service and operator, issued virtual number, order status, timestamps, price, and incoming verification messages associated with the order.
- Payment and balance data: amount, currency, ledger entries, payment method, and provider transaction identifier. Full card details are processed by payment providers and are not stored by Sim7.
- Technical and security data: IP address, browser and device information, request timestamps, security events, and rate-limit counters.
- Support data: messages and files you voluntarily send when contacting support.
3.How information is used
Sim7 uses information only to operate the Service, authenticate users, fulfill and display orders, deliver received codes, maintain balances, process payments and refunds, respond to support requests, and prevent abuse.
Technical information may be analyzed to diagnose failures, improve performance, maintain security, and prepare aggregated statistics that do not identify individual users.
Sim7 does not sell personal data and does not use the contents of incoming messages for advertising profiling.
5.Sharing with third parties
Information may be provided to service providers only to the extent necessary to operate Sim7: hosting and database providers, authentication providers, payment systems, and suppliers that provide virtual numbers and message delivery.
A virtual-number supplier receives technical order parameters but does not need your Sim7 password or payment-card details. Payment providers receive the data required to process a payment but do not receive message contents.
Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law, a valid request from an authorized authority, protection of the Service or third parties, or the user's explicit consent.
6.Storage and security
Data is retained for as long as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet applicable legal and accounting requirements. Different categories of information may have different retention periods.
Sim7 uses reasonable organizational and technical safeguards, including password hashing, opaque revocable sessions, access restrictions, request validation, and transport encryption where HTTPS is used.
No method of transmitting or storing information is absolutely secure. Users are responsible for protecting access to their email, Google account, device, and active Sim7 sessions.
7.User rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request information about your data, correction of inaccurate information, deletion or restriction of processing, or withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis.
A request must be sent through the contact form or dashboard support from the email linked to the account. Sim7 may ask for additional confirmation to prevent another person from gaining access to your data.
Deletion may be limited where records must be retained to comply with law, complete an active order, resolve a payment dispute, or prevent abuse.
8.Changes and contacts
Sim7 may update this Policy as the Service or legal requirements change. The current version is published on this page with its revision number and effective date.
Continued use after an updated Policy takes effect means acceptance of the new version. If you disagree with it, stop using the Service and contact support regarding your account and remaining balance.
Privacy questions and requests can be submitted through the Sim7 contact page or the support section in the dashboard.
