July's dashboard update turned out to be all about waiting. Looking at session recordings, we saw that the tensest minute in the product is the one right after the number is bought but before the code arrives. That used to be a single table row with a "waiting" status. Now it's its own screen.
The active order screen shows the number with a copy button, the service, the country, and a countdown to auto-cancellation. While the code hasn't arrived, the field pulses to show the connection is alive. Once the message is parsed, the code appears large and copies in one click. You can cancel the order at any point, and if no code arrived, the money is back on your balance before you even close the tab.
The second change is the wallet. Top-ups moved to their own page: quick preset amounts, a payment method picker, and a full transaction history with a type filter. Top-ups, charges, and refunds now show up in one list, and every row carries a status and a payment method, not just an amount.
Third is support built into the dashboard. Instead of email, there's now a ticket list with a subject, status, and time of the last reply. The whole conversation lives inside the ticket, so you never have to re-explain the context — you and the agent both see the full history. Tickets opened from an order automatically pull in its ID.
A few smaller things worth mentioning: the orders table now has row actions — copy the number, copy the code, repeat the purchase, cancel the wait. The list is now paginated, and empty states stopped being blank — instead of a white void, there's now a hint about what to do next.
